How do I divert calls on EE?
On EE, call 150 and choose option 1, then 2, then 4, then 1 to set a divert. On Android you can also use Call forwarding in your phone's settings. EE says a divert to another UK number is charged at your plan's call rate. To cancel all diverts, dial ##002#.
Everything on this page comes from EE's own help pages, checked on 18 October 2026.
What should I check before I start?
- EE says you set diverts up on your phone. They can't be set up remotely.
- What it costs: EE's business help page says a divert to another UK number "is charged at the call rate for the price plan you're on". If that number is in your allowance, it comes out of your allowance like a normal call.
How do I set up a divert on EE?
Using EE's phone menu
- Call 150.
- Choose option 1, then 2, then 4, then 1.
To remove a divert, call 150 and choose 1, 2, 4, then 2.
On an Android phone
- Open the Phone app.
- Tap the menu (three dots), then Settings or Call settings.
- Tap Call forwarding.
- Set each of the three diverts (when busy, when unanswered, when unreachable) to your Hold The Fort number.
Menu names vary by phone.
On an iPhone The iPhone's Call Forwarding setting sends every call on, so your phone won't ring. To divert only the calls you miss, use EE's phone menu above.
How do I turn diverts off and get my voicemail back?
- Turn them all off: dial
##002#and press call. - EE's voicemail works through call diverts, so
##002#turns voicemail off too. To turn it back on, text VM ON to 150.
