How do I divert calls on O2?
On O2, the simplest way is your phone's own settings. On Android, open the Phone app, then Settings, then Call forwarding, and set the busy, no answer and unreachable diverts. On an iPhone, ask O2 to set those three diverts. To cancel all diverts, dial ##002#.
Everything on this page comes from O2's own help pages, checked on 18 October 2026.
What should I check before I start?
- O2's pages we checked don't say what a diverted call costs. Check your plan or ask O2.
How do I set up a divert on O2?
On an Android phone
- Open the Phone app.
- Tap the menu (three dots), then Settings or Call settings.
- Tap Call forwarding.
- Set each of the three diverts (when busy, when unanswered, when unreachable) to your Hold The Fort number.
Menu names vary by phone.
On an iPhone The iPhone's Call Forwarding setting sends every call on, so your phone won't ring. To divert only the calls you miss, ask O2 how to set the busy, no-answer and unreachable diverts.
How do I turn diverts off and get my voicemail back?
- Turn them all off: dial
##002#and press call. - O2 voicemail works by diverting your calls to it. If it's switched off, call 1750 free from your mobile to turn it back on.
