How do I divert calls on Sky?
On Sky Mobile, follow Sky's device guide for your phone and search for call diverts. On Sky Talk, dial *61* then your Hold The Fort number then # for calls you don't answer, and *67* for busy. Sky Talk Call Diversion is an optional extra at £2.50 a month.

Sky Mobile
What it costs Sky says a forwarded call costs the same as calling that number from your Sky Mobile. If you have Unlimited Calls & Texts, forwarding to a UK 01, 02, 03 or 07 number is included (not 070, 076 or indirect access numbers).
How to set it up Sky doesn't list divert codes. Sky's own steps are:
- Go to Sky's Device Support: https://www.sky.com/help/devicesupport/
- Choose your phone's make and model.
- Search for "call diverts" and follow the steps, using your Hold The Fort number.
Divert calls you don't answer, calls when you're busy, and calls when your phone can't be reached.
On an iPhone, the Call Forwarding setting sends every call on, so your phone won't ring. To divert only the calls you miss, follow Sky's device guide or ask Sky.
Sky Talk (home phone)
Before you start
- Call Diversion is an optional extra on Sky Talk, at £2.50 charged each month.
- Sky charges you for the diverted part of each call at the standard Sky Talk rate for that type of call. Your caller pays for a normal UK landline call.
- Sky Talk can divert calls you don't answer and calls when you're on the phone. There's no Sky Talk divert for "can't be reached".
Set up the diverts
- When you don't answer: dial
*61*, then your Hold The Fort number, then#. You'll hear a confirmation message and a high tone. - When you're on another call: dial
*67*, then your Hold The Fort number, then#.
Check your diverts *#61# or *#67#
Turn them off #61# or #67#
