How it handles every call
- It answers and says it's an AI assistant, and that the call is recorded.
- It takes the caller's name, the best number to ring back on, what it's about, when suits them and how urgent it is.
- It never tells a caller a job is booked. It takes the job request, and you decide.
When someone leaves a message, we text the mobile number saved on your line, and every message is in your app.
Not yet: it can't put urgent calls through to your mobile, and it doesn't answer WhatsApp or email.
